📦 Postage Fees
West Malaysia:
- RM8 per order
- Free shipping for orders above RM150
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):
- RM15 per order
- Free shipping for orders above RM200
Singapore:
- RM35 per order
- Free shipping for orders above RM350
🚚 Delivery Time
Ready Stock Items:
- All ready stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- West Malaysia: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days from the shipment date.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days from the shipment date.
- Singapore: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days from the shipment date.
Pre-Order Items:
- Each pre-order item will have an estimated delivery time stated on the product page.
🚛 Courier Service Provider
- We use Citylink Express for both West and East Malaysia deliveries.
- For Singapore, we use NinjaVan.
- If you have a preferred courier service, feel free to contact us — we will do our best to accommodate your request.
📬 Order Shipment & Tracking
- You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
- A tracking number will be provided via email.
- You can check your parcel status through the tracking link sent to you.
