Return Eligibility
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
- Please inspect your order upon receiving.
- If you receive any defective, damaged, or incorrect item, kindly contact us immediately so we can assist and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Return Process
- Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a Credit Voucher for your next purchase.
- The value of the Credit Voucher will be equal to the final price paid for the returned item(s).
- Validity: The Credit Voucher is valid for 90 days and must be used within this period. Unused vouchers will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- Credit Vouchers can be applied at checkout for your next order.
